Our in-reach teams are so vital to our church. Below, you will find a list of all of these teams that minister to those who connect with Lake City, in worship and growth events. If you are interested in serving with any of them, please leave a reply below.
Hospitality
We want everyone who comes to Lake City Assembly to feel welcomed and appreciated, that’s why we have Parking Lot Attendees, Ushers, Greeters & Hosts. These hospitality workers meet our congregants with a smile and help them find what their looking for here at the church.
Benevolence Team
When people are grieving, shouldn’t have to worry about food. Our Benevolence Team stands ready to serve those families, and our Food Pantry serves the needs of individuals in our church and community that have fallen on hard times and aren’t able to buy food. This is a very fulfilling ministry to get involved in. If you are interested in either of these teams, please leave a reply below.
Hub Prayer Team
Prayer is so important. It’s conversing with God and petitioning Him on behalf of ourselves and others. The Bible says to ask and you shall receive. Here at Lake City, we take everything to God in prayer. It’s not only a time of talking with God, but listening for his voice as well. Click here for more info on our Hub Prayer Team.
Media Team
This team is responsible for our Facebook & Instagram Accounts, our Website, Video Production & Photography.
Security
The safety of your family while worshiping with Lake city is a high priority, and is carefully, prayerfully supervised. Our security team oversees hall monitoring, registration & oversight of children’s environments, and emergency response & background checks of staff and volunteers.
Worship team
Music helps to get our focus on God, and lift him up. The team helps set an atmosphere in which God can touch His people. The team is composed of musicians and singers, as well as light and sound operators.
Youth Teams
Youth and Young Adults are in a transitional stage of their lives, so we help them find their purpose and encourage them to be the best individuals they can be. Click HERE to go to the Consumed Youth Page.
Children’s Church, Preschool & Nursery Teams
Children are our next generation, so it is imperative that we invest time in them. The Bible says to train up a child in the way he should go, and when he grows old, he won’t depart from it. We pour into these kids, to help them learn who they are and how to become upstanding citizens in our community. For more information about these teams, click here.
Royal Rangers Boys Ministry Team
Our Royal Rangers Ministry is a scouting-type ministry that fosters teamwork, resourcefulness and a positive attitude. It is for boys, age 5-13. Click HERE for more info about Royal Rangers.
Mpact Girls Ministry Team
In today’s society, it seems like everyone is telling our daughters who they should be. And, if we’re not careful, they will believe those things. That’s why we are here to model true Christian womanhood to girls, age 5-12 years. Click here to find out more about Mpact Girls.
Office Team
With many ministries comes the need for many resources. Our Office Team helps to prepare and organize those resources for our ministries. It’s a small way to make a big impact in Lake City Assembly.
